The current owner acquired the car from a dealer in London in April 1994 “as seen tried and tested”. Based in the Dorset area, the car has an outstanding record of service and maintenance during his stewardship with the well known specialists, Aston Service Dorset featuring strongly.
A real enthusiast and Aston Martin Owners’ Club member, the current owner competed in the Wiscombe Hill Climb and won their class on handicap. There are photographs of the car in competition as well as more sedate images when the car provided wedding transport for friends and family.
After nearly 20 years of enthusiastic ownership, this is a car that presents well as a genuine and much loved car. Properly converted to unleaded fuel, this Vantage Automatic with triple Webber carburetors is a very rare find.
