1996(N) Bentley Turbo R James Young Special. One of only 7 to have been made for HR Owen, costing well over £ 180,000 when new. Thought to be one of only 2 examples finished in Madagascar Purple Mica, with Royal Ebony window frames, Purple and Black bespoke leather interior with colour co-ordinated Carbon Fibre dashboard. These cars had over 40 changes made from the standard Turbo R including the special colour schemes, limousine style rear window, smoked glass, custom made colour-coded 17" alloy wheels, chrome inlaid grills to the front wings and bonnet, colour coded grill surround and bumpers, redesigned dashboard with extra gauges and push-button starter, tuned exhaust with special tail-pipe, triple phone installation, Bentley fitted briefcase, stainless steel wheel arch stone-guards, remote control stereo with CD multichanger. All usual Bentley refinements including ice-cold air-conditioning, electric seats, mirrors, windows, aerial, headlamp wash, ABS, PAS etc. Same owner for the last 11 years, only 69,000 miles with impeccable service history, maintained with no expense spared. This car still looks like new.
