Description
1968 GMC 2,500 PICK-UP, 5.7 LITRE V6, AUTO.
Very rare second generation 1968 GMC pick-up truck finished in white and turquoise coachwork and matching trim. Recently restored this beautiful example still retains its original 351 (5.7 litre) V6 power plant and automatic transmission. This variant was only produced for two years before the V8 became standard fitment, making this an extremely desirable and rare specification.
Always acknowledged as being built to a superior standard than the equivalent Chevrolet alternative, the GMC has remained an extremely collectable and usable pick-up both here in the UK and the USA. Being the 2,500 long bed example, this truck comes with a full length fibreglass cover. Fitted with stunning white Crager wheels, roof lights, excellent body chrome, big truck mirrors, bed liner, distinctive twin headlamp grill and large rear window, this is truly an eye catching example.
