Description
This example was from the second year of C3 production and so features the T Top detachable roof and the 5.7 litre V8 power plant with 300bhp, it has the desirable manual gearbox and original black leather interior. Manufactured at the GMC plant in St Louis Missouri during February 1969, the car was imported into the UK and first registered on the 21st January 1971. The car was purchased by a Surrey based enthusiast in June 1977 and he retained it until he passed away in 2008.
The car is clearly in original condition throughout and would benefit from some renovation work. However the car does run and is complete and would no doubt be a very rewarding project for a Corvette enthusiast. The last MoT certificate expired last year and the indicated 40,000 miles recorded could conceivably be the total mileage covered. Offered at No Reserve.
