This is a 1963 Ford Cortina GT shell MK 1 imported from S Africa as a spare car for Gerry Marshall when it won the British Touring Championship for Sherwood Restorations.The car is well known has raced in the Top Hat/Masters series in the UK, Spa,Chimay. Full FIA/HTTP papers registered in the UK/Ireland and any class meeting in Europe or UK.Fitted with a Lotus 1600 T/Cam engine built by Anderson Racing Engines in Bath.(There is another Anderson built T/Cam 1760cc engine also available which may be sold seperately it has never been raced it is ready to go .The car has been maintained regardless of cost.Spares:4 Mag wheels as on the car.3 new tires onthe spare mag wheels,2 new windscreens. 1 new racing radiator.some springs.2 diffs(1 complete and bits to make another).1 quaife g/box.8 steel wheels requirement for Good Wood.2 alloy door skins.
