OWNERSHIP:

This Elise seems to have moved around the country more than most with the original owner purchasing from the lotus dealer in Canterbury. Three years later the car is sold to a gentleman in Norfolk who drives very sparingly traveling no more than 1500 miles over a couple of years. By far the largest mileage is completed by the next keeper from Hertfordshire traveling around 11000 miles in the next three years prior to the last from Scotland who reverts back to form by using for less than 2600 miles before part exchanging with myself for a much newer supercharged Elise.

HISTORY:

With the very low mileage of 21905 comes a well documented history with a mixture of seven main dealer and Lotus specialist services recorded. The last was performed less than 30 miles ago by a local Lotus specialist and included a complete cam and aux belt change with tensioner, full service and mechanical check of the complete car plus replacement starter and alternator. All invoices including first service are retained along with mot certificates confirming the low mileage of this well maintained example. Taxed 31/03/2013 and MOT expires 22/11/2013. Complete hand book pack together with two sets of keys.

EXTERIOR:

Finished in Saffron pearl yellow the bodywork is in simply amazing condition with next to no marks of any description. The unmarked paintwork retains a terrific shine is a credit to the care exhibited by all the previous owners and would easily pass as much newer version. I have had the very front nose section properly refinished by my local body shop (due to a couple of small marks) to original Lotus standards and as such will please all who view.

INTERIOR:

Matching with the bodywork is the very well maintained interior. The specification combines Alcantara  and Carbon effect seats, Alcantara inner door panels together with front carpets and fitted over mats. This lovely interior shows next to no marking to the ribbed aluminum flooring and a lack of scuffing to the sill panels. The original radio and single CD player are fitted. The roof is in unmarked condition looking almost as good as new and comes complete with hood bag.

VALETING:

Although very clean when taken in the car has benefitted from a thoroughly detailed valet and is now an exceptionally striking and well presented example.
