The Team at Xtreme are pleased to offer for sale this superb 55 Reg Evolution IX FQ340 In the fabulous Metallic Cool Silver with the Leather and Alcantara Recaro Sports Seats. It's had two private owners the last mature driver ( I'm told he was about my age so make that acncient! ) owning this great example for the last four and a half years and fastidious in his ownership.
It has a detailed service history visiting Rallart Dealers at 2,254, 8,710, 13,439, 17,518, 22,204, 26,775, 31,297, 36,502, 41,405, and a recent Cam Belt Service at 45,402 Miles, It's also been treated to a new set of Brake Pads all round.
For the uninitiated the Evo IX models were a further develpment of the VIII MR (Mitsubishi Racing) specification plus MIVEC engine camshaft control. A rear diffuser was also Introduced for this model.
Standard Specification Includes: Climate Control, Twin Airbags, 17" Enkei Alloy Wheels, Electric Front and Rear Windows, Electric Mirrors, Remote Control Central Locking, Super Active Yaw Control (SAYC), Super Active Centre Differential (SACD) and a Brembo Braking System with Sports ABS and EBD (Electronic Brake force Distribution)
This is the FQ340 specification and has the HKS tuning parts and Ecutek re-map that are employed by Mitsubishi UK to up-rate the UK FQ Evo models.
Performance is blistering, 0-60 comes up in an 4.4 seconds with handling as close to a Group N Rally car you could get, but with out the harsh ride!
Security is taken care of by a Thatcham Cat 1 Imobiliser and Cliford Alarm linked to the Central Locking System and ICE is provided by a Stereo Radio with CD player. A Tracker System features too.
