Description
1979 VW Beetle 1600cc Triple White Beetle (Champagne Edition). Extremely rare car in fantastic condition. Aprreciating asset, completely rust free californian imported car. runs and drives perfect, an ideal show, promotion or wedding car.
87765 miles, MOT'd and all UK taxes and Customs fees paid and fully documented.
Only one white Champagne convertible was distributed to each USA dealership, less than 900 Triple Whites were produced are very rare in the USA and only a handfull have come to Europe.
The Champagne model were ONLY made available to the VWOA dealerships, only one Champagne Edition was issued to each dealership.
Volkswagen ceased production of all Beetles at Wolfsburg and the production convertible beetles at Karmann continued through January 1980.
The last Beetle to be produced in Germany in early 1980 was a Triple White model.
We also have another imported 1979 Triple White Beetle as an easy restoration project which has been MOT'd, and has all Customs and import taxes paid, contact us for more details.
