Can you id this car for me ?
Hi all
was wondering if someone would be able to id this car out of an old photo for me ? a distant family member has said its a 1910 rolls royce ghost...but the bonnets look different ( im no car expert!) i know the photo is 1910-15, from the rough ages of them at the time.

Doesn't look like a Rolls Royce to me - the front is quite different and the whole car looks too small.
Looks like a Renault to me. If only that chap at the front would move out of the way a bit, we could see if it had a 'coal scuttle' bonnet! I think the radiator is behind the bonnet and up against the windscreen like most Renault cars of this era.
I disagree with Zagato about the Renault theory, that looks like a regular curved panel rather than a radiator below the windscreen, and anyway a Renault of the era would have a flat top on the bonnet.
It's got me digging though, still poring over various books, but nothing found yet.

When it gets to where there are more spams and junk mail than genuine posts it would seem the website/forum/webmaster/moderators or whoever has failed.
Sorry, but it seems now that the regulars are staying away by the busload while the annoying crap increases.
