Agree Chris, though it looks to be sitting a little high at the front, so it could be one of the replicas that used to kick around the 'for sales' a few years ago.

No, something about the look of that photo, the style of houses with no modern touches, tells me that was taken in period, 1970ish. 

It could even be Bruce's original, which was painted red, but there were a couple more built up by Trojan at the time.  I suspect your view of how it is 'sitting high' may be just a result of how it is parked on a slight camber, or possibly someone was still experimenting with road tyres as it was originally intended as a Group 4 racer and presumably designed around race tyres; we did not have the wide choice of low profile sizes then.

As with all replicas, we often see many cases where people spend a lot of money on all the shiny bits and a big engine, but get the basic proportions of wheel/tyre combinations wrong, and agreed I have seen M6 reps (along with GT40s and the rest) let down by such details, but something tells me this is the original.
