Renewing overseas subscriptions.....
Don't know if this is the place or not, but...
Has anyone else had a problem with the subscription screen's demand for a postcode? We don't have UK postcodes here and I've taken to inventing one to get past this, but I don't think I should have to.... The only other option is to phone your renewal - not easy if you're not near a phone at the appropriate time of day!
What are other's experiences of this?
I have forwarded this to our subscriptions team and they are looking into it.
