I passed an Alfa centre in Ipswich whilst on foot going from Portman Road, where the Tractor Boys soccer team's ground is situated, and Princes Street to get my new bike registered, at the DVLA local offices. I think there may have been some roadsters, (1750/2000,even a 1600 Duetto therein, but what grabbed my attention was a very similarly race decalled Alfa 75 to a slot car model I have.
En route into the centre of Ipswich beforehand,I passed a Morris Minor split sceen OHV engined early droptop, with the lightys set into the grill, the nicest looking one in my humble opinion. This seemed to be acccompanied by an old motorbike and a combination (bike/sidecar).
'fast lane of the M3' what's that? Barring any superimposed speed limits, one is legally allowed to drive at 70mph in any lane on a motorway. Wal.
Nice couple of Opel GTs at Veterama Mannheim, October 2011
Yellow one bears red 1900 badge
Lovely looking 'vette spotted in London WC1 today.
Nice car Valve, thanks for sharing.
Spotted at Oporto
ZA MG Magnette one of my personal favourites, great colour too.
Had a great day of classic spotting in south west London. In the Putney/Barnes area, I saw a wonderfully cute Peugeot 204 Estate, an MGA and a growling Alfa SZ. Sadly, no pictures of those, bit I did also snap these (the MG in Kew, the other two in Barnes, the two Alfas parked up practically together so probably connected in some way).
