Spotted: classic cars on the road
1957 Chevy Bel Air 4 Door (pillarless) from Kolkata, India.
And what looks like a mid-fifties Studebaker coupe?
Oh...that's my signature only. It's a scale model by maisto.
Good taste then.
I am a big fan of the fifties coupes designed by (oh sorry, in C&SC cliche speak I should say 'penned') by Raymond Loewy.
So what is your interest, or rather, why is that your 'signature'?
Strictly speaking, this Dutton Surf wasn't on the road but I think a whole thread of "classic cars on the water" would sink (geddit?) pretty quickly.
Thanks....I prefer models between 40s to late 70s and few other models of the late 80s and 90s. Muscle cars and pickup trucks are favourites of mine.
Here is an Austin A40 Devon.
Spotted this lovely little Mini the other day on the outskirts of Basingstoke, aplogies for the poor quality.
A colourful VW Type 2 Early Bay, spotted one of these days in a grey Lisbon...
And a VW Type 1 1303 on a undeground car park...
Love the color of the VW bus.
Here is an Austin 16 Saloon.
