Sunny Sunday down at the 'Farm' beach and a nicely restored '65 -'66 XP series Falcon coupe was in the car park.

The Farm is one of the top surf beaches, but the winds and tides decided not much was happening Sunday - still that does not stop the faithful coming down to hang out.

Nuno, next time you are at Ericeira or down the coast to Sagres ask any Australian about 'The Farm' beach, it's well known, and our local.

A rare car too.

Crish,

Nice car and astonishing scenario, thanks for sharing.

Some snaps of cars spotted from the road (and then I stop to check...) somehere in the midle of portuguese countryside.

An ecletic mix, Fiat 124 Coupe, Renault 5 GT Turbo and Renault Monaquatre.

They are the personal collection of the owner of a workshop wich runs the official Renaul Clio Rally program in the country.

More cars from his colection...

Land Rover S1...

This Ford FK, some kind of a Transit grand-mother is in his family since new. The quality of  restauration is astonishing..

I went trough there by hasard, the yellow Fiat get my attention and I end chating with the ower.

Inside the workshop a Lancia Delta Integralle was undergoing a  major revision...

In another workshop in the same area, a 924...

Fresh catch,

Some snaps taken inside workshops, during a recent "tour" to fix some  faults on my Audi C3 Avant.

First , I go to wash the mecahnics and the underneath (it was really dirty with dust layers over all...)  in a specialized company and there was this clean XJ-S V12 waiting for his owner...

Then to the exaust workshop to change all the rubber mounts (some are missing and the rest was very shrivelled...) ant there was this Maserati Indy...

Finally I wento to my old mehcanic with those tasks done, and start a major overhall, ant ther was this VW type 1 in maintenance...

Just back from a trip up the coast for a few days.  Camera at the ready, I spotted these; first a fifties Peugeot 203 wagon driving through Woy Woy.

A tough looking early seventies Chevrolet Camaro with Z28 stripes, one of those 'bigger-must-be-better' hood scoops and no badges, so not sure exactly what model it was.......

Finally a Minivan outside the Patonga Beach Hotel, or does that belong in the When Did You Last See One Of Those thread?

M,

You're right Mario, he has been missing a while.  One of our best regular contributors too.  Now Rolymo seems to have given up trying to get photos to work on here, there is only you and me left apart from the trolls and spammers.  Maybe it was them that drove him away, like everyone else.  I don't know the inner working of such software, but I don't see such problems on other forums, what is C&SC doing wrong?

Meanwhile, the SLC got a run last week on a sunny Sunday, a few of the folks from the museum went for a picnic at the Woronora Dam.

Keep up the good work chaps!

Always enjoy browing this discussion - it ofte makes me feel like I'm on holiday in Portugal.

A funny old site this C&SC. They should have a chat with their mates at PistonHeads.

Just popped out to book the wifes car in for a ball joint to be replaced, sorry not a classic.

Well I was shocked to see a 1968 Hillman Hunter metalic green to pull along side me on the A33 at Junc 11 of the M4.

I arrived at the garage and they are working on a Crayford Audi 100 in having some needed attention to the sills with a pale yellow convirtable Jenson Interceptor in line for a restoration. Already in the que after the Crayford is an Esprit for a new coat of paint and a XK 150 restoration.

Here is the Audi from lst time I was in:

Cryford Audi 100

Sorry no pics of the Jenson
