Almost without fail, you will find the C&SC staff in the car park or workshop each lunch hour - diligently trying to solve various classic-related issues. This week we have been mostly working on James Elliott's Jensen Interceptor, attempting to sort the rear brakes in preparation for a forthcoming MoT. Elsewhere, the Reliant Scimitar has been the subject of a brief investigation surrounding a non-operational headlamp which turned out simply to be a blown fuse. Of course, there must be a reason for that fuse blowing in the first place, but all in good time.

So, while we will post our updates 'from the car park' here, why don't you tell us what YOU have been concentrating on this week with your classic?

As another week nears an end, I can report that this week in the C&SC car park we have been mostly sanding paintwork. Well, I have. The yellow is finally coming off the Scimitar in preparation for the repaint although I also found time to investigate some troublesome earths. James Elliott's Jensen Interceptor is finally back on its wheels and there are rumours of it going in the direction of an MoT station next week. Watch this space...
