Easy there Rolymo35, I suspect Nuno is having a bit of a laugh with the XR2, possibly inspired by that one that appeared in the 'for sale' column on the right hand side of the home page last week. In case you didn't see it, in between all the priceless Packards and Astons there was an ad for the remains of a trashed red Fiesta as a restoration project and asking a grand. I am surprised nobody posted a comment about it, but I did wonder if it was a test by the website admin to see if anyone actually was reading the ads?

I post the XR2 photos here because when I see it this words came to my mind;

"When did you last seen one of those?"

 i know that is not a classic yet, i have not any particular interest or affection on this model but it have a strong parfum from the late 80's

future classic car enthusiasts will decide this model fate as a classic car

Looks like we won't need to rolymo as Nuno is happy to put them on here for free. Consider that a fiver saved, what a result!

Dusie...

Why I have interest in XR2s Fiestas? Well I gona try to explain....

The usual street scence at Lisbon is like that, so when is see a small hot hatch from late 80's, I said "how! that a really a rare and special car! I must take a photo, maybe in the next 10 years will will d'ont see another one again"

Hope now you have understand my interest in XR2s...

Thanks for that, at least we now know Nuno does have a sense of humour. But following that logic we will soon have photos of a Daihatsu Charade on here, where will it end? Still, thanks for the nice cars above!

Dusie,

Dont worry about that, i can't distinguish  a Daihatsu Charade from the eurobox average crowd. I need more bright colours to catch my eye as this Dyane did yesterday at Lsbon
