Consider the plot well and truly lost now.

I give up.

Sorry i wasnt about when this 1939 song was popular either

Quote:

Yesterday, upon the stair,
I met a man who wasn’t there
He wasn’t there again today
I wish, I wish he’d go away...

When I came home last night at three
The man was waiting there for me
But when I looked around the hall
I couldn’t see him there at all!
Go away, go away, don’t you come back any more!
Go away, go away, and please don’t slam the door... (slam!)
Has he gone 4 good? Oh no
Last night I saw upon the stair
A little man who wasn’t there
He wasn’t there again today
Oh, how I wish he’d go away

You are gonna get a headache, bashing it against a brick wall Petrolhead, nice tries tho!

Anyway as I dont wish any more heart attacks I will try and revert back to the original question, who posts and what are they interested in, well I like Boats, mainly wooden however I just bought a Minisprint Minisail and will adapt some parts to fit from a boat now beyond my normal rescuabilities-sadly the rest of that Phantom will go on a maintenance day pyre(burnup)I had a second heart attack whilst restoring a second Strealer down the side of the house, plus to near submarine scenarios racing my other Streaker, trying to fit bearings to a recalcigent trailer, that sort of thing, but I still love my boats, and when fit for purpose.

Also I just got a pretenders Album advance whatever that means, CD, . Highly illegal maybe but I recorded a tape of Chrissy hinds stuff in concert and it was sublime(as was her sadly drug addled guitarist.and to the chagrin of the likes of Simon Bates who always jabbered on inanely through a third athe start of any decent track anyways, always banging on about illegal recordings,

so why did Amstraad make so many music centres?

Anyway Mum and me are currently listening to  Viva El Amor, which arrived hardly post haste from Canada today, so along with Thin Lizzie, Rory Gallagher, both in Taste and post Taste, and maybe Blondie at the time, were my favourites, even if I agree with  Johnny Rotten's ascertion about Steve Jones playing  even if he hit a bum note he had the nouse to cover it up, I liked Paul D'Argio better than Bruce Dickinson in early post punk Iron Maiden mode.

Couldnt stand the 80s electronic and new romantics music ger no mum luvs Spandau's Gold, so thank gawd for Nirvena and particularly Guns and Roses-a great nephew can play a mean lick n riff of sweet child of mine, on his latest Guitar, a Cherry Sunburst  Les Paul Epiphone genuine (not copy) that has some sort of electronic tweeter thinghy-lucky sod makes my sunburst Fender alike with triple humbucker seem a tad naff but hey it too sounds nice, played through a fuzz box, or would if as a sad old part I had some idea how to play it properly, and she goes all the way to ten,not 11 as in the fabled we are Spinal Tap Rockumentory movie.

Incidentally we bought the speakers so he can jam with his group of school chum band members.

So boats bikes and vinyl, whats your bag maan(maam)

So thats the

... second verse same as the first, I didnt mind them, who were they again, De pet Mod ? you turn me right ,maybe not, upside down a hit for DR IN THE 80S???

. I do have to go for a stress test MRI scan at Bethnal Green Hospital, probably need some defence arms and may consider going on a trail bike, for safety and quick exit, anyone got an Oozie for hire please?.

Maybe two good things came out of my last season ticketed stay in Colchester GEN, one the new improved super drug proposed after my angiogram seems to be quietly being dropped, and so has a beater blocker been halved. That as both my heart rate and pulse were far too low again, only real answer is a bipass, and having avoided that these past 15 years will acept that if necessary too.

I am also a carer for a 92 year old parent, so some of my interests are a bit on hold, perhaps when I was outbid on the GT6 I thought was mine and getting classic again after an absence of a decade+ yesterday, it was just as well as its a bit of a sqeeze on the driveway and a bit of a squeeze for me to get into such a car, however I am at least down from 20 to 18 and 3 quarter stone now. Still regular linbering ups might help-kill or cure.

Also my Sister and family(ironically she works in Highbury Magistrates court)were virtually under siege in their Hackney home over a weekend and some of the following week, so that was a nother real life worry. and neither am I gonna be phased by someone with a strange agenda hereabouts.

I guess Chris just got fed up with just about every thread having irrelevant gibberish being scrawled all over it. I know I am.

Cor, this is getting good, maybe the best post on here. I have been following this barney for a while. It is a bit like a car crash, you have to look event though you should not. And just to stoke the fire a bit I think Greasemonkey is right to criticise the ones that go on about rubbish and ruin the plot. I think GBT has some sort of persecution complex, as I can not see where the monkeyman has had a go at him. And the petrolhead one is just spoiling for a fight any way he can, and dinsdale the fish is having a laugh by stirring them all. I will check back at the weekend and see what happens next.
