A word about spam
I expect it is driving you all mad just as it is us. Why anyone thinks that anyone who has the intelligence to actually turn a computer on and use the internet is then going to be dumb enough to click on a link about Hindi jokes in the middle of a thread about the early days of the Chelsea Cruise is beyond me, but still they persist.
Naturally, we remove it whenever we see it and block the users (bye bye anniespam or whatever your name was), but you can all help by alterting us to it whenever, and as soon as, it occurs.

The only note of caution is that, much as we are extremely keen to create an anti-spam lynchmob out there, let's be sensible and, in the severity of our response, try to differentiate between the utter idiots, the genuine car people being cheeky and the enthusiasts who just made a mistake because they didn't wade through the forum rules.
