British market missed out on 2002ti with twin dual-choke Webers, but got supplies of 2002tii, faster '02' series normally-aspirated car, having 130bhp and Kugelfischer injection. Tail-happy roadholding due to semi-trailing arm irs, but excellent controllability. Five-speed 'box fitted to some, but four speeds were normal. Near-120mph top speed and good basic specification made 2002tii a successful saloon racer.
