2-door saloon, cabriolet.

Short chassis 319 replacement with the new box-section frame, hydraulic brakes and perforated steel disc wheels, plus the bigger engine in 45bhp form. 326-type styling with streamline grille, but semi-elliptic rear springing still. 321 has wider-section tyres, otherwise virtually identical. Post-war production in East Germany under the Awtowelo name, subsequent EMWs being 326/327 derivatives.
