BUICK EMPIRE SERIES 40
4-door sedan, sports saloon, sportsman's coupé.
Last of the Buick sixes, minus 1929's ghastly 'pregnant' belt-moulding treatment, but with semi-elliptics all round and some overdue all-expanding brakes. Otherwise an ordinary US automobile: wood wheels and demountable rims standard, though wire wheel option quite common in Britain. 'Sports' bodies are British made and fabric (careful). Roadsters, touring, two-door sedans and rumble-seat coupés listed in the USA.
