The familiar five-bearing 'eight' with (predictably) coil ifs, overdrive and dual-choke carburettor giving 110-125bhp according to tune. Trunk-back sedans and rear fender skirts standard for UK: coupés offered here only in '38. Grille changes and longer chassis (from 121 to 125ins) for 1938. That year's New York Special turned up in Britain as a Dodge!
