DELAHAYE 135M/235

Various, but usually drophead coupes in England.

Splendid classic, with 135 available in various tunes up to 135bhp with triple carburetors. Cotal gearbox gives four speeds forward or reverse, but some cars had crash-type manual transmission. Always rhd, but watch those Bendix brakes on a 110mph tourer. Prices are high. Oval-grille 235 ultimately replaces 135, and also appears in Britain briefly; power output is 150bhp, and the coachwork is usually elegant.
