FIAT 124/124 SPECIAL
Saloon, station wagon.
Wonderful little workhorse with a surprising performance: even 1.2-litres will do 90. New and better type coil rear springing, plus all-disc brakes. Specials (saloons only) feel too fat for chassis. Russian Ladas are lookalikes with the same structure, but a different engine. Twin-cam Special T comes for 1971 (1438cc, latterly 1592cc). Also Spanish-made as SEAT 124.
