Announced for 1939; only 4-door saloons post-war, although some 2-doors for export and Australia offers pick-up 'ute'. New bonnet/grille, and front wings with integral headlamps, for 1949 E493A. All the usual vices and virtues of the 'perpendicular' Ford.
