GINETTA G4
Sports 2-seater coupè.
1000lb (or less) sporting kit-car with Ford mechanics in a tubular space frame with all-coil springing, independent at the front, and optional front disc brakes. With a tuned 1500, it gave 115mph and 0-500 in under 7 secs, plus handling to match. Improved chopped-tail Series II, 1963; more refined Series III, 1966. Revived in Series IV guise, 1981.
