Carl Borgward's first bid in the prestige market with a box-section frame, dual-choke carburation, 12-volt electrics, mechanical pump feed, a geared-up fourth speed, and the ususal Hansa suspension. Sloping, rounded grille anticipates his 1939 models, but this one was no more successful than its post-war descendants.
