New sculptured styling, with wraparound rear screen and more room, mechanically as before. No Californians, and new-style estate doesn'1 Jan 1956t arrive until June '57. Austere Special (1957 on) has floor change. Shallower grille and Manumatic auto-clutch option on Series II, bigger engine and new dash (De Luxe only), plus new grille, on Series III.
