HOTCHKISS 686 (1936-39)
2-door sports saloon, sports saloon, fixed-head coupé, cabriolet, 7-seater saloon, limousine.
All with steel-spoke wheels, and only a handful of '36s with hydraulic brakes. Other variations as for 680/684. Can be anything from a single-carburettor limousine ona 132ins wheelbase up to a grande routière with the 115-120bhp Paris-Nice unit (twin carbs, later a single dual-choke instrument) good for 90mph. 1939 Pullman saloons come on the long chassis and have square-dial instruments.
