Six-cylinder Hillman 14/ Humber Hawk, but with cruciform-braced frames and disc, not Easiclean, wheels. Snipes use leftover 1936-7 18hp units, and not the 20.9hp type fitted just before the War. Better go for the 100hp Super Snipe, which'll accelerate away from a standstill to 80-plus in top.
