Magnificent V12 package upgraded to Series II specifications, like six-cylinder cars. All with longer-wheelbase shell and more back-seat space. Engine up-graded to 285bhp with fuel injection from spring 1975, and better GM400 automatic transmission from 1977. Pedants will want to know that car was officially XJ5.3 from mid-1975, too. Still only 13mpg, so hit badly by post-energy crisis gloom.
