Laminated marine-ply construction by Frank Costin, originally with bizarre bug-eyed gullwing-door body with four-part screen and breezaway rear window; grp front section. From late '61 new smoothed-out shape, still with gullwing doors; 13 made. Further revised and sold either as spider or as fastback; 18 made. Engines initially Englia (997cc or bored out to 1098cc or 1148cc), later Classic 1340cc/1500cc. Standard/Triumph front end.
