This time it's the Ford 10hp engine in that pressed steel frame, and for '38 there were Girling  brakes, even though they are operated by Bowden cables rather than rods. Body similar to Supersports at the rear, but there's no vee-twin stuck out in the air stream, and the exhaust pipe runs below the bodywork. Electric starter, speedo, hood and wipers by now standard equipment.
