RAILTON 10 HP
'Little Cobham' saloon, 'Little Fairmile' drophead coupé.
'A famous car in miniature' claimed the publicity blurb, but in reality it was a Standard Flying Nine with 10hp engine and scaled down Eight styling. The sidevalve engine was mated to a four speed sychro 'box, there was an open prop shaft and spiral bevel final drive, with Bendix brakes. 68mph was achievable and for you £299 you got goodies including a golf club rack.
