Ford's new V6, and a revised and strengthened chassis giving better handling. More speed and acceleration - even the rare 'economy' 2 1/2-litre (SE4c) gives 110pmh. Wire wheels and ZF 'box no longer available, and overdrive now optional; interior much improved. Still a sleeper.
