Direct carry-over of the longer-wheelbase (by 4ins) Silver Shadow I, now with its own model name and badging. All extra space in rear seat, most then lost if limousine division was fitted Vinyl roof covering, and RR monograms on rear quarters for identification, with a smaller rear window. For 1981, replaced by Silver Spur (long-wheelbase Silver Spirit).
