Goodbye to two-strokes: the old familiar shape's now powered by a 65mph German Ford V4 unit. Monte Carlo performance allied to 28/30mpg. Split-circuit disc/drum brakes, but the gearshift's still on the column, and they retained the freewheel to the end. Monte Carlo V4 offered only in 1967.
