Update of '39 model with same transverse-leaf ifs and Bendix brakes, though post-war ones recognisable by four-speed 'box and absence of bonnet louvres. A choice of two ragtop styles, and all 8HPs offer 60mph and 40pmg. Estate cars ('48 only) not on general sale.
