The shape is cribbed from the Plymouth Barracuda, and the floorpan's Hillman Hunter - which means MacPherson struts at the front, servo front disc brakes, and recirculating ball steering. Twin Stromberg carburettors, close-ratio dual-overdrive gearbox standard, and automatic optional. Good for the ton, but heavy on the hands at low speeds.
