Final flowering of the old Rapier hardtop (Mk IIIAs were the last convertibles) with the latest 85bhp five-bearing engine, and a/c instead of d/c electrics. Styling unchanged from Mk IV: even the tail fins are still around. Handling still a bit hoppity, but you can motor up into the mid-90s, not to mention crack 0-50mph in under 10 seconds.
