VIGNALE-FIAT 124 COUPE EVELINE

2-door 4-seater coupé.

Based on the underpan and running gear of the Fiat 124/124 Special, Vignale's idea of a sporty coupé was as graceful (but certainly not as successful) as Fiat's own model, so don't confuse the two. Vignale, in any case, only used 60 or 70bhp pushrod engines, which made them no match for the factor's product. Nevertheless, a neat if not sensational design, with disc brakes all round and good but not outstanding handling.
