Still with upstairs camshaft this one was a species of overgrown Hornet. With 48bhp available, and a relatively low weight of 22cwt, it should have been a better performer than it was - 0-50mph took 19secs, and top speed was only 64mph. Moreover, a typically narrow track played havoc with both looks and road holding.
