Eleanor Mustang makes huge money in the US

The 1967 Ford Mustang that starred in the Nic Cage remake of Gone in 60 Seconds sold for $1million at Mecum’s Original Spring Classic Sale in Indiana on Sunday.

Built by Cinema Vehicle Services, the car was one of 11 used in the film, two of which were destroyed during filming, and served as the ‘beauty car’ for close-up shots and promotional material.
