Own your own 'Eleanor' for under £100k

The £70-90k guide price for a 1967 Ford Mustang fastback may make you wince, but just imagine how much it would cost you to buy one of the original Eleanors – from either Halicki's original or the Cage-fest remake of Gone in 60 Seconds – or even just to build a replica this exacting.

It apparently has a 'custom fitted professional Eleanor body conversion and has undergone a 2000 plus hour restoration to full Shelby GT500 specification' and it will be sold at Silverstone Auctions' Walter Hayes sale on 4 November.

The engine is reputed to have over 500bhp performance and the rest of the Mustang has been modified to cope with the power.
