Cheshire show gears up

| 13 May 2011

The 30th Cheshire classic car and Motorcycle Show takes place at Capesthorne Hall, Macclesfield on 29-20 May. Incorporating Cheshire Jaguar Day and North West American Car Day, the event kicks off at 10am on each day and entry costs £7 (£3 for under 14s, under 7s free and free parking).

As well as a fine display of classic cars, the show will have a trade area and autojumble at the famous Jacobean house set in 100 acres of parkland.

Car clubs planning displays include the Stoke on Trent Car Club, Autobahnstormers (Vauxhall and Opel), Wigan Classics, Cheshire Classics, the Mercedes-Benz Owners' Club and Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club.

Organisers expect more than 500 classics to be on display in a selection of categories ranging from Vintage to kits and post-1990 saloons.
