More than 100 traders took part in the debut of The Autojumble Midlands) at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
Organisers say the indoor event was also well received by enthusiasts with a huge queue when the doors opened on 5 January.
As a result, they are planning to run the event again next year.
A spokesman said: "The idea behind this event was very simply; to give classic car owners, enthusiasts and suppliers of all and anything to do with restoring cars, collecting automobilia (etc) somewhere very comfortable and convenient to meet up and do business in what is otherwise the ‘closed season’."
