London's Vintage Car Boot Sale is back in March

| 12 Feb 2014

Following the huge success of the inaugural Classic Car Boot Sale on London's South Bank, the event will be back in March but this time for two days.

Masterminded by Wayne Hemingway MBE, the show – in which vendors sell vintage gear such as clothing, LPs and furniture  from the back of classic cars –drew an attendance of 8000 people on debut, but organisers are expecting to up that to 20,000 on 15-16 March.

The main event is supplemented by a huge range of refreshments on offer, all being sold from classic cars and commercials.

There are plans for awards and prizes for the best turned-out cars and owners, too.
