| 30 Apr 2012

More than 500 classics are expected to attend the 33rd Notts Classic, Bike & Mini Show on 7 May at Thoresby Park.

Classic cars will be the focus of the event with a fabulous array of British-built cars from companies such as MG, Mini, Jaguar, Triumph and Morris.

Visitors can choose to show their cars on the day in a broad range of categories from pre-1950 vehicles to 1950s, ’60s, ’70s, ’80s and ’90s saloons, sports and convertible vehicles, American, Military, Kit, Custom and Commercial.

A mystery motoring correspondent will be on hand to award prizes in each class and to give expert commentary throughout the day.

Motorcycles from BSA, Norton, Triumph, Honda and Kawasaki will also be on show.

Classic car clubs such as the Notts MG OC, Notts About Minis, the Autobahn Stormers, Boston Classic Car Club, and the Derby and District MG OC will be represented at the event.

Secondhand spares, specialist parts and gifts will be available, and there will be a roundabout and bouncy castle for children.
