Aston Martin's birthplace comes on to the property market

Fancy living in the house where Aston Martin was born? Well now you can if you have a budget of £2.5million.

The house, 16 Henniker Mews in Chelsea, London was where Bamford & Martin started business on 15 January 1913 and for that not insignificant outlay, you get 113sq m of  freehold, three-bedroom mews house, with, obviously, an integral garage – though it's less than five metres long – and off-street parking.

See our previous story about the house and how it featured in Aston's centenary celebrations here

2M for a converted shed that's not big enough to get your Aston in.
