| 15 Apr 2013

More than 550 machines are set to do battle at Laguna Seca for the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion from 16-18 August.

Models competing span veterans from as far back as 1911 through to moderns from the early ’90s, including names such as Ferrari, Maserati, Jaguar, McLaren, Aston Martin, Porsche and Bugatti.

The racers will be split into 16 groups according to their year of build, type and engine size, such as IMSA, Trans-Am and F1.

Chevrolet’s Motor Division will be on hand to celebrate 60 years of the Corvette and the 50th anniversary of the super-rare Grand Sport. Only five of the latter were ever made and three of those will be on show.

The manufacturer’s heritage display will also showcase some of its rarest competition cars.
